Message From Co-Founder: Helen Pan

Hello All,
As we get closer to the launch date, I wanted to introduce myself and our food to the public.
First of all, I am a native to the Los Angeles area and love the diversity here. My background is of the Chinese/Taiwanese culture and my goal is to spread our culture through our food.
I am a graduate of UCSD class of 2006 and although I have spent the last few years in the corporate work force, I have never given up my passion for food. During college, I briefly studied in Taiwan at the National Taiwan University and was able to experience the cuisine directly in Asia.
With "the uprise of the Asian food truck culture in Los Angeles within the past year," I believe that this is the perfect outlet to showcase our food.
I want to thank everyone who has been supportive to Dumpling Station so far and hope for your continued support!
